Three steps. No special tools. No contractor. Just a drill, a screwdriver, and a wall — and a milling room that finally works as efficiently as the rest of your practice.

Mark four pilot hole positions using the included template. Drill into your wall — drywall, painted wallboard, and most clinical wall surfaces work perfectly. Thread in the brass or black standoffs and press your Block Buddy panel into place. The standoffs hold the panel flush to the wall with a clean, floating appearance. All hardware and instructions included. Most installations take under 15 minutes.

Press your CEREC milling blocks — sprue stub first — into the precision-drilled grid on your panel. Each hole is sized to hold standard CEREC-compatible blocks securely without rattling or falling. The clear cast acrylic lets you see every block from any angle. Organize by shade, by material, or by frequency of use — the 144-position grid gives you the flexibility to build your own system.

CEREC blocks are one of the most significant per-case overhead costs in an in-house milling practice. Walk into your milling room and see your entire inventory in one look. No more discovering mid-case that you're out of A2 LT. No more duplicate orders because you couldn't see what you already had. Every shade visible. Every position accounted for. When a block gets used, the empty spot tells you exactly what to reorder — before it costs you a case.
